Configure Zone panel: partner login and home workspace

Portal difference

Zone panel UI is not Company Admin. Covers and screenshots in this topic show the partner workspace. Company-level zone creation is documented under Company Admin → Zones.

1. Receive access

1. Company admin creates your Zone + staff user.
2. Sign in at the Zone panel URL with that user (not the company owner login).
3. Confirm you only see customers/wallets for your zone.

2. Home workspace

1. Read zone KPIs: customers, dues, wallet balance, today collections.
2. Keep wallet topped up before peak renew days.
