Configure RADIUS and MikroTik NAS

Menu path

Company Admin → Network → Routers / NAS / RADIUS.

1. Register NAS

1. Add MikroTik with management IP, NAS IP used in RADIUS accounting, and shared secret.
2. Allow the NAS IP on the RADIUS server firewall.
3. On RouterOS, point /radius to neXor RADIUS host with the same secret.

2. Profiles and sync

1. Map packages to RouterOS/RADIUS profiles (rate-limit / address-list as you use).
2. Create a test PPPoE secret from a Company Admin customer username/password.
3. Connect from a test CPE; confirm Online on Dashboard and active session on NAS.

3. Disconnect / CoA

1. From customer profile, use disconnect/kick if available after suspend or package change.
2. Confirm the session drops on MikroTik.

Verify

• Wrong password rejects; correct password accepts.
• Accounting updates last seen / usage where enabled.
• Zone/POP scoped staff cannot edit unrelated NAS devices.
