Steps

1. Install from the link/QR your ISP or neXor provides (iOS/Android).
2. Sign in with the same credentials as the matching web portal.
3. Allow push notifications for payments, tickets, customer status and router/ONU alerts.
4. Use native KPI home plus module WebViews for full portal parity.
5. Accept in-app updates so the shell stays current while web modules follow website deploys.
