Steps for subscribers

Open the customer portal URL from your ISP (often portal.yourdomain or a path under the billing host).
Sign in with PPPoE username/password or the credentials SMS’d at welcome.
Home shows package, expiry, balance/due and notices.
Update profile contact fields if editable; keep mobile current for OTP/SMS.
