Steps
- Zone panel → Customers → Add (if company policy allows partner-created users).
- Fill username, package, mobile; POP/box if shown.
- Renew: open customer → Pay/Renew; confirm wallet debit and new expiry.
- You cannot see or edit other zones’ customers—if missing, ask company admin for assignment.
